• Statutory Auditing Service

  This is an auditing service for companies and organizations that are required to undergo auditing according to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, the Companies Law, etc. A certified public accountant or audit firm will check to make sure that financial statements issued by companies and other organizations are of a standard that can be understood by users. Internal Control Audit, auditing of financial statements by the same auditor, and the quarterly review system have been made compulsory for listed companies since the start of the fiscal year on April 1, 2008.

• Voluntary Audits

  Although the auditing of corporate financial statements is not required by law, stockholders or administrators may decide to have them audited by experts to ensure their appropriateness. Auditing will also boost their trust in the eyes of financial institutions and clients.
  Undergoing auditing is also an advantage from the perspective of business management because clients receive advice on the state of internal control and efficient management.
